The Stage and Its Rules

Welcome to Dirty Little Secrets (“DLS”). This document is your ticket to the show. By using our platform, you accept these terms as binding. If you disagree with anything here, you may exit stage left at any time.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verified guardian consent, to join this cast. We reserve the right to verify age or identity where required by law or dramatic necessity.

What We Expect From Our Cast

• No threats, harassment, or hate speech.
• No doxxing, spamming, or scraping.
• No illegal or exploitative content.
• No impersonation or fraudulent behaviour.

Your Script, Our Set

You own your confessions and creations. But by posting, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate them within the boundaries of this stage.

Curtain Calls & Cast Removals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We’ll document every step via audit logs, and may notify you depending on the severity of the breach.

Audit Trails & Interaction Logs

DLS logs policy acceptances, account changes, and platform events with timestamped, non-editable entries. These logs support our commitment to clarity, consent, and accountability.

Policy Versioning

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, infrastructure, or platform ethos. You’ll be notified on login. Prior versions remain archived at /policy-history.

Limitations & Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, nor are we liable for user-generated content. We disclaim responsibility for third-party platforms, plugins, or integrations.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
